Is the U.S. moving away from Israel?

I've been wondering that for months now, as Condoleeza Rice keeps making comments that can only be construed as pro-Palestinian. And worse yet, President Bush has completely clammed up on this issue. I guess that the Arabists and "Realists" at the State Department have clearly won the day. And now, there's this: http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/L30323493.htm.
