Cindy Sheehan hangs it up

Alas, Cindy Sheehan is hanging up her protest sign: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070529/ap_on_re_us/cindy_sheehan. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I feel for ANY parent who has lost a child, especially those who lost children who died in the service of their country. However, Cindy Sheehan's protest, as time established, had very little to do with her son's death and everything to do with her own self-indulgent politics. That she is "hanging it up" now probably has as much to do with the fact that her 15 minutes of fame have long since ended.................
