Reverse Discrimination, Part Two

It's all the rage now! A woman who was refused service at a Quebec gay bar called "Le Stud" (I couldn't make that up if I tried) has filed a discrimination complaint which will be heard by a human rights board: http://www.cbc.ca/canada/montreal/story/2007/05/30/qc-lestud.html.

The bar will probably win the case.
An establishment does have the right to limit its service to its defined market.
Should a carnivore (wow, that sounds a little too vicious) go into a vegetarian restaurant demanding a steak?
