A 12 year old from Houston, Texas, was kicked out of her school for four months for the unpardonable crime of writing on a school wall that she loved a fellow student: http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/4949703.html.
The poor girl has acknowledged that she should not have written on the wall, but doesn't it seem more than a little absurd that she received the same penalty that someone who wrote "Kill all the Jews" would have have received?
