Serial murder is okay if the victims are engaged in "un-Islamic" activity

Stories like this make me wonder if the Mullahs who run Iran are really from the same planet as me: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,266203,00.html. I really don't see how this type of thinking can be seen as anything other than insane............
