This was truly inevitable. Lebanon is preparing a case that would seek war reparations from Israel for last summer's Second Lebanon War: http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/N16335479.htm. I have little doubt that the demand will be well received in Europe, because we already know how the Europeans feel about Israel's "disproportionate" use of force against Hezbollah.
