Some people are, as they say, "special". And, by special, I mean "idiotic". Such is the case with Ray Nagin. Now, as someone who lives in the general area of Philadelphia, I will be the first to concede that the city has more than its share of problems. However, the LAST person who should ever criticize Philadelphia is New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin: http://www.nbc10.com/news/12818850/detail.html?dl=mainclick. In comparison to him, John Street looks positively competent...............
