Irony within Irony within Irony...............

I love this story. First, Congressman Jack Murtha is going to have to undergo a deposition to explain why he loudly proclaimed that U.S. Marines were cold-blooded killers (he is facing a civil defamation suit for making these remarks): http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,298534,00.html. However, what I find deliciously ironic is that he is being defended by the Justice Department, which is claiming that he has legislative immunity. You know who that is; it's the same Bush Administration-run department that Democrats have repeatedly brayed is trying to suppress free speech.
