Tony Blair

Blair will go down as something of an anomaly; he leaves office on June 27, and will do as a politician who is far more popular on this side of "The Pond" than he is at home (primarily due to his continued support of the Iraq War). Gordon Brown is favoured to replace him, and while we don't know much about his policies, it's a fairly safe bet that he will not be as supportive of the United States as his predecessor.
