Prosecutors have discovered the joys of social networking sites, but if you're a criminal, don't think that it's a good thing. Let me ask this question: If you're charged with an alcohol-related crime, and you have a social networking page, WHY would you be stupid enough not to either take down the page or at least delete those photos which show you drinking?
