There have long been rumours that Osama Bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri are now in Pakistan's tribal regions, along with Mullah Omar and the former Taliban leadership. What most people don't know is that the Waziristan area, which the Pakistani government abandoned to the Islamofascists in 2006, has long been a source of concern for others: http://www.opinionjournal.com/federation/feature/?id=110011067.
The question is, what (if anything) can we do about what is going on there? Pakistan is a sovereign country, one with nuclear weapons. The only thing that seems fairly certain is that the status quo is unacceptable.
