There's a story circulating the wires that Spanish is becoming the primary language in Miami: http://apnews.myway.com/article/20080529/D90V6OEO0.html. BECOMING????? I lived in Miami for three years in the early 1990s, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that that was already the case back then. Miami is a suburb of Havana, and it has been for quite some time.........
