This speaks for itself

A so-called Arab leader in East Jerusalem has denied that there has ever been any Jewish connection to the city, and that Jews eat bread dipped in the blood of non-Jews: http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?c=JPArticle&cid=1204546446423&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull. That last comment was most likely a metaphor (a vile metaphor, mind you, but a metaphor nonetheless), but it is illustrative of the Palestinian mindset.
