How the world saved Hezbollah

Stories like this absolutely make my head want to explode: http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1185893683874&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull. So, Hezbollah could have been effectively destroyed last summer, but it was saved by a combination of the EU, U.S. U.N., and weak Israeli leadership. How lovely. Is ANYONE out there as frustrated as I am in reading this?

Geek, I think anyone in the north Israel, with any friends or acquaintances in the IDF or reserves, knew that already... As usual, Jpost is a little behind the times.

It sure is infuriating, though.

Well, the jpost article is good reading nonetheless. It's really sad that last summer was allowed to continue as it did, just as those soldiers remain either killed or kidnapped. I fear the future only holds more of the same.

So do I, and so does most everyone I know. We're all just waiting for "round two" to start...

And we'll keep worrying, as long as we have the current gov't...
