Today's Editorial from the London Times takes on the academic boycott of Israel crowd: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/comment/leading_article/article1896030.ece. I don't think that it will matter, unfortunately. Academia is so infested with far left "thinkers" and Islamofascist sympathizers that I can't see any way that this motion doesn't eventually pass.
Still, some are proposing a counterboycott: http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1181228569184&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull. What concerns me is that I do not see any non-Jewish names on the list. Alan Dershowitz writes more about this here: http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=28660.
