I suppose that we've all had nights like this--I fell asleep around 10:00 p.m., woke up at 12:45 a.m., and have been up ever since. There's no point in tossing and turning in bed, and even with 100+ cable channels, it's amazing how little there is on television. So.....here I am online at 3:10 in the morning, mainly because I have absolutely nothing better to do.
For future reference, does anyone have any good recommendations as to what to do when one can't sleep? I can tell you that Ambien no longer does the trick for me, and I wouldn't take it now anyway, given that I have to "get up" (can one get up when one was never asleep in the first place?) in three hours?
